What is Spoiled Online?
A social gifting network, where wishes are made and fulfilled. Create a free account and add everything you're wishing for in one place. Invite everyone you want to spoil & get spoiled by them.

How do I add wishes to my wish list from an outside store?
You can add wishes from any store on the web using our “spoil me” bookmark. To see our step by step video tutorial click here.

Do I have to be a member to spoil someone or get spoiled?
Yes. You must be a member to spoil someone or to get spoiled. Its free to join!

Can I spoil myself?
Yes, please be sure to update you’re shipping information under your settings page to ensure a quick gift delivery.

Can I spoil someone with an item that is not on their wish list?
Yes. You can spoil someone with an item from any website, spoiled store or an item from another members wishlist.

How will I know if the person I spoiled received his/her gifts?
You will receive an email once your gift order has been fulfilled.

Can I reject a gift someone spoils me with?
Yes. Once you’ve received a spoiled email, reply letting us know you don’t want to accept your gift. We will cancel the gift order and the sender will also receive a cancelation notice.

Can other users see who spoiled me?
No one can see who spoiled you. But users will see which gifts you were spoiled with.

How can I make my profile private?
By checking the tab to make your profile private under your settings page.

Can I block someone from contacting me?
Yes. You can block anyone by pressing block user inside the inbox message tab.

How do I report someone harassing me on Spoiled Online?
You can send us an email about the situation to help@spoiledonline.com. We take those matters very seriously and will follow up with you.

If I don't know the shipping address how can you verify the recipient's shipping address?
We will receive your recipient’s shipping address directly from them during the fulfillment order process. We will not share the recipients shipping information with you, we value our members privacy.

Can I return an item I purchased?
Spoiled Online wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with a product you purchased through the site e-mail us at feedback@spoiledonline.com and we will contact the vendor on your behalf. We will do our absolute best to satisfy your expectations and to provide you with great customer service. Our mission is to serve and spoil you.

How are the orders shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-10 business days depending on the item purchased and vendor. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Some items will ship directly from vendors. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice. Please notes gifts coming from outside the US may take longer to get to your doorstep.

Can I ship to addresses outside of the United States?
No. We only ship within the United States at this time. Please check back in a few months, we will be expanding our market.

Do you ship to P.O. Box?
We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. If we cannot ship an item to a P.O. Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. Please list your contact information under settings page so a spoiled rep can contact you about shipping details.

When can I expect my order to arrive and how can I track my order?
We ship most orders via ground shipping. You should receive your order within 1-10 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with a push notification updating you about the status of your order. You should also check your spam folder just incase the emails ends up there.

How can I be sure my address and other personal information will be kept private?
Your information is kept private at all times. Whether you are the giver or receiver your information will not be revealed. Since we become your personal shopper, only our information will be disclosed to the giver & the receiver. Please be sure to review our privacy policy for additional information.

What are the different Spoiled Statuses?
The spoiled statuses are statuses that increase each time you get spoiled and each time you spoil someone. They are displayed on the top left side of the users profile.

How can I become an Elite member?
Spoiled Elite is by invitation only.

How can I tell if the celebrities on your site are real?
Celebrities will be authenticated by a Spoiled representative. Please look for a black background with an official Spoiled Star logo on their profile.

What is Flirt Zone?
Flirt Zone is a free feature that allows you to meet someone new. You are not automatically enrolled and have to opt into Flirt Zone under setting tab or during sign up. If you decide to opt out, simply go to your settings page and uncheck the flirt zone box and voila you’re no longer a flirt zone member. If you wish to opt in again repeat the same steps.
